I am well...save for my periodic bouts with hay fever and the corresponding it causes. My family is also doing well. My Dad had cellulitis, and was down for a few days. He's recovered well, though. Sister is okay, too.

Well, if they want their full payment they will have to come back and make good the repairs needed to the rendering first

In the meantime we have had the front garden cleared and pebbles laid down. It was nuisance for Hubby being full of weeds, and no grass to speak off. We decided on pebbles as the colour compliments the rendering and the colour of the windows and doors

Sorry to hear your dad has cellulitis, and hope he is able to clear it quickly, sometimes it can take months to clear up . Glad to know your Sister is doing well

Summer has come down with a cold during the last couple of days, but it hasn't stopped her jabbering away with the odd recognisable word thrown in... 'I don't care' being the last full sentence she uttered while pretending to chat on the phone!

...Oh.. and she 'sings' a lot! We had her staying last weekend, and she put Gangad to sleep three times, especially when singing 'Twinkle, twinkle little star' Bless her!!

My Dad has gotten somewhat better, and is much happier.


Funny you mentioned having your lawn cleared, I'm guessing that it might not be a bad idea for "my" particular living space. We've a drought going on as you know, and said grass is looking more and more like tinder each day.


I hope that your contractor situation gets resolved sometime in the nearest future possible.


As for the goodies, no thanks ever needed. You know I like spoiling you...

All's mostly well here, but two things are amiss...1. I've started coming down with some sort of cold or allergy or something.
Runny nose this morning, afternoon, most likely tonight as well.

No rain round the bend, however, so at least I can be dry and shiver at the same time.
