I see you're on-line, so you haven't left - yet.
I still don't understand. Rather than but in on an existing conversation I thought I'd say hello.
Seems to be a lot of people feeling at the moment including me. No fun for sprog, but someone came to take him to Greenwich Park yesterday and he came back glowing. He'd been playing with his swimming friend and had taken his rollers skates out. I feel rather inadequate for the task at the moment.
Do e-mail me if answering in this thread is not what you want to do.
Happy Easter.

Hey ZSF! I'm here currently... just biding my time to see what, if anything, develops.
We all have a rather nasty tummy bug, which actually I was going to drop over and put a question about on your entry... do you think something like Candida would be wiped out as well in the process of 'clearing the system', so to speak? Or perhaps you'd rather not think about that.
How are you feeling today? It's tough coping with a kiddie when you're not well yourself.
Happy Easter to you and yours too.

Candida - as far as I can tell, it's quite hardy and to get rid of it the natural way you have to be very persistent. Not sure I'm quite there yet. It lowers your immune system and stops you digesting food properly so you don't get all the goodness out of it (by coating your stomach walls). If the steps in the entry are carried out, it should take about 3 months to clear they system and then you can start introducing items bit by bit. The thing I really miss is fruit.
I think I've blown it over the last day or so - too much .
Kiddie - yes - I was in bed just. Someone has just come round to take him to the theatre. I thought it was next week and I'm supposed to be there, but I'm definitely not up to it. Still, it gets him out of the house to do something exciting and means I can go back to bed for a little while.
Tummy bugs are nasty too - how are you coping?

Unfortunately, yes - for two reasons. First, I've been asked to work on 23 June (at a men's heath event) and second, I work for local government in London and as such I'm going to lose three days pay this month, which means I will need to be really careful for a while.
I was really looking forward to it too - what a wonderful location!
I would like to know how it went, though. Will you let me know?
And I'll miss seeing you and showing Kenneth to you.
All the best.
