Is the 10th a typo? If it isn't, you'll get into oxford tomorrow and no-one'll be there: It's the 11th.

But tomorrow is the 9th.
My maths never was up to much. I'll just trot along and correct my mistake.
This meet will have the largest perecentage of vegetarian researchers of any h2 meet-up so far.
So are you local, day-tripping, or do you know of somewhere cheap to stay in Oxford?

*grins*... oh, yeah. It's holiday... all the days run into each other.
Ooooh... groovy.. Go Veggies! *raises his cheese and whateveritis quiche into the air and then catches the bits that drop in his mouth*
No, I'm local people. .... (I helped organise it. *tries to look important*... and I'm choosing the pub. Or, at least, probably. I think we'll go to the Beat Café, but I'm not sure.

Damn. I got away with it last time, but I didn't this time. don't you hate it when you think of something else you want to say halfway through writing a message?

You could do a radiohead gig and sleep outside Oxford Station. That's what they all did then. ... there are lots of B&Bs and things... try ringing the tourist board...

Would you be referring to the gig a few weeks back that was on the same weekend as the London meet? I know someone who went to that. He said the queue to get back out the car park was so bad (they had people parking them on the way in, but it was just mayhem afterwards) that he gave up and slept in the car. If only I'd known he was going on his own... *sigh*
*drags herself back to the matter in hand*So that's what who did then? Perhaps I'll try ringing the tourist board... alternatively I could just sleep in the car if I knew a good place to park it.
I know... are there any all-night Internet cafes?

Yes indeed. It was a great gig.
I live near Oxford, so I caught a bus home.
I'm sure you'll find soemwhere... there are lots of B&Bs and things that I don't think have much trade.
(There are internet cafés, but I don't think they're all night. :-p)

I understand it was good. Lucky you. I had to put up with going to London instead.
I can't even find out about train tickets at present... even thetrainline doesn't want to play tonight.
Think I'll just go and stick my head in a bucket of water... I've got one ready...
