Got Firefox and Photoshop Elements reinstalled yesterday, and as I found myself with an unexpected day off, decided to have a go at making a Persona for Firefox. I'm now the proud creator (and wearer) of Pegasus Blue.
Just something simple to start with, so I could get to grips with how it works. None too sure about the footers though. To see your footer you have to have the 'add-on bar' switched on (which I now do), but other than depriving you of a bit of web page, I can't see the point in it. Can you?
I definitely want to spend a bit more time making stuff in Photoshop. I just need something to create (ideally with payment at the end).

For me the add-on bar (didn't know it was called that 'til now!) is essential - quick (mostly single-click) access to some of the add-ons I use most frequently: NoScript, GreaseMonkey, AdBlock Plus, ReminderFox, RetailMeNot, IE Tab... I suppose I've got so used to it being there in earlier versions of FF (and getting populated with add-on icons) it seems weird when I turn it off!

Yay! Who doesn't like a bit of paid time for mucking about on photoshop (on any platform!) I'm still using the same photoshop I was using when I left here, a copied disc of Photoshop 7.0...so ancient and outdated but I love it so. When I switched computers I put in before office because I couldn't live without it...and I've overloaded my computer twice with photoshop files
As for Firefox, I'm a GoogleChrome girl myself, which can be twitchy and runs on a bit too much memory, but I love it too, it's the most userfriendly browser I've tried. Feel free to convince me of Firefoxes powers
I agree with Justin on the fact that these things feel foreign to begin with, but you do get used to them, they often become really useful and then it feels weirder when they're not. It might be worth trying it for a while and seeing if you do use it.

* (example of getting used to something, my last laptops right-hand shift button broke off and so I had to switch to the left, which was just weird...now I use the left more than the right and cock-up with the occasional caps-lock smiley)
