We really should have a on h2g2. I'll just lay this 
here for now.
Never imagined some people could find poppies offensive. I don't like war, I think it should be avoided. But I don't think we should forget the people who laid down their lives for their country, whether the politicians sent them into that situation for 'good' reasons or not.
Say not in grief 'they are no more', but live in thankfulness that they were.
