I came across your Journal by accident. It's a shame people can't get hold of it, but it's not surprising as you don't have any official Hootoo 'Friends'. This is how it works: You ask people that you see about on hootoo and who seem congenial to you to sign up together as Friends. You do this by visiting that person's Home Page, (that also helps you learn more about them), and click on the link 'Add To Friends'- top right hand corner - and lo! they will be added to your list of friends. Then they get a copy of each of your Journal entries afterwards automatically. There's no other way, except by pure chance, that anyone will see your Journal otherwise. If they reciprocate, you'll get every copy of their Journal. Every other Friend you get will have a copy of your Journal too.

As far as I know, we can't do italics in these conversations. We can in Guide Entries and stuff, but not in journals and conversations. Because we can't use the computer language that allows it, just plain text.
