Hello Xander
I was about to ask your help with some technical aspects of making a guide entry, but upon seeing your page the title of Marvin Gaye's classic album pushed those questions aside. I know it's none of my business (well, maybe just a little), but I saw you've removed the link to Slayerville from both your page and the BtVS Admiration Society. May I be so bold as to ask why? Have I (or another resident of Slayerville) offended you somehow, or is there something else? Please let me know, because if there's anything wrong, I'd like to straighten it out if I can.
With a friendly hoot

Hi Night_Owl,
It's nothing wrong mate, it's just that I'm trying to create a little badge for us with the only other Buffy picture that we're allowed on here (see pic on admiration society). It's just working out to be a little harder than I expected. And I have been busy lately with the book that I'm doing, so not around so much. I'll get back to you soon.

Hello Xander
Glad to hear it. I'll definitely try the badge, but that Buffy/Faith picture (that's the one you mean, right?) is really ugly (in my not-so-humble opinion, anyway). A Slayerville badge is a great idea, though.
Perhaps we can try something else? What's H2G2's policy's on posting own designs? Those questions I mentioned will have to wait for now, I got friends coming over.

PS Just an idea: In keeping with the 'little town'-theme of Slayerville, how about using 'resident' instead of 'member'?

Resident sounds good. You can only have designs put in by h2g2 <./>community artists</.>. You could put in for a community art request and ask them for a proper badge.

I've just taken the liberty of changing the words. What I was thinking of is one of those wooden signs you 'always' see just outside little Western towns (in comics like Lucky Luke, for instance): a few shoddy brown planks nailed to a post, with (in this case) 'Slayerville' written on it in black paint. What do you think? And thanks for the link. I'll definitely pay them a visit.

I've taken a few more liberties with your design: I centered the text and moved "of" a line lower, thought it looked better. (That's the subtitler in me. ) Hope you don't mind.
Been to the Communities Artists page, but couldn't find where to apply for a badge. Do you know where to do that?
Thanks
Nite Owl
