Sounds to me as if the person behind User Page A144271 is in the wrong job. I have the problem in reverse. I leap out of bed at 6.45 a.m. or even earlier and spend the first two hours of my day rummaging around on the Web. But by 9 p m I'm beginning to fade and generally can't keep awake after 9.45 p.m. I have tried doing with less than eight hours sleep, but it doesn't work for me. Life is so short that if you aren't enjoying the 16 hours you're awake you need to do some hard re-thinking.

I didn't realise careers advisors had to get up so early.
Or that they worked on commission.
