Its a bit cloudy here and we had some heavy rain over the weekend ... the rain has stopped now but it is still quite warm

I know to watch the final at the centre court must be very excited

Although we have had rainy season still now, we haven't much rain this year ANYWAY, you should not come to Japan in Summer which has very sticky, boiling, sweltering....weather

I'm already dying with this sticky hot weather

I miss dry hot summer in England

Today all I had was Strawberry jam on toast and a bowl of cereal as I had a big dinner before leaving home ...

It sounds that you can go on diet properly as you didn't eat a lot at dinner time after large dinner before work

Yep, I like those photos with my grand mum
She rarely made a smile to the camera, but after being ill, she has become like a child (returning to the child), she was very happy to take photos

And, I, myself, was very happy because those are the best shots of all with my grandmother

It's okay if you have any problem without going on diet , because you're so active and you do play sports, badmington with your mum, golf with Scott or your fellows

To me, I'm startled with having 'fat(medocal staff incl. doctor told me that's not 'fat', but 'light mustles')'
It's really strange to me that I feel fear to gain weight even though I'm too skinny and need to gain I have to get through this problem(eating disorder) completely, anyway

we have had a very strange weather after a volcano erusped (my guess).
At least people experience an earthquake in a part of Japan.
Here, we have got one last lunch time, but not serious.
Now our worries are when the "Main SHAKING" will attack us

Typhoon has gone, though another new one will come during this month I think. But no more calamities

It seems that another myself inside me will try to regain the time when I could not sleep for over 15 years after I got a mental illness
