flipper's email address didn't come back fake by difficult to confirm. The problrm is that you can make a fake address and have it verefied which makes verefication like doing up your seatbelt on a 747.

As long as you're american and your target is not then you can do anything you like. Maybe the government isn't the only UK institution to (to use another american's phrase) bend over and grab it's ankles for the US.
