Thanks for your other message Websailor - I dropped in to your space for some choc and made you a friend.

Are you in England or America?

It was interesting to read about your WWF interests - but did I gather that you don't like orang utans and loggerhead turtles or was the (wah) symbol because you are sad that they are endangered? Thinking ab out I cannot believe that you would not like any creature. I adore orangs - think they are my favourite ape (but then I adore gorillas too) and love turtles and tortoises. I keep tortoises - I have five and am hoping for some babies one day.

Well nice to chat

Hi, New Friend smiley - smiley

The animals with all the distress emoticons are the ones we are battling agains the odds to save. The ones with the happy emoticons are ones that are on the UP, thanks to dedicated conservation work.

Perhaps I should make that a little clearer on my PS when I have a minute.

Elephants are my special favourite. That's what got me in to conservation in the first place, but I too love Gorillas and the Orang Utan - the Old Man of the Forest. They are really in desperate straits.

I am in England - where are yousmiley - huh

Speak soon,

Hello Websailor

Thanks for your Mail - I just knew you couldn't dislike those creatures from what you say in your PS.

We are in Devon - running a B&B. We spent three years in Zambia in the 70s and saw all those lovely big animals close up - including thousands and thousands of elephants. They have vastly dwindled since then.

Nice to chat - Best wishes CaroleH

It is funny - the more we meet people in this business the more strange coincidences crop up. Glad you liked the website. Maybe you will travel to Devon one day.
