h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi there, I tend to use H2g2 for light relief, but its great to find someone whoe seems to share more serious interests.

Cant talk long now as cooking, but feel free to drop by anytime for a chat; always nice to meet new friends.

I'm based in the Midlands, but with varions nature-based relatives all over England and parts of N Wales.

Thanks for dropping in - that was a nice surprise. When I first joined h2g2 I thought most posters were either mad or bad, folks but eventually found there are a lot of people here who are clever, educated and interested in all sorts of things.

Even the "nutty" ones hide their under a bushel, and there are deep and meaningful discussions among the banter and occasional silliness.

It is also interesting that all ages are involved and it doesn't seem to matter.

Oh, and by the way, I am from the Midlands too, so perhaps we might bump in to each other some time - now how would we recognise each other

Re. Mange I am not sure it is, as the doesn't appear to scratch. We'll see. Have put you on my Friends list so it is easier to keep in touch.
