I think you've answered most of the questions I was going to ask Webbie, just by your recent posting on the other thread

I'll keep my trap shut on the thread, and just make encouraging noises - this is a safe place for him to vent. I was wondering if I was saying too much, but bullies and vulnerable people is a topic that makes me want to throw all caution to the wind and scream "Kill the barstewards" to the victims as loudly as I can
