Sorry to disappoint you but, I'm the most talkative person around here. Just ask anyone who came to the rounders match in Clapham. I talk near constantly.
Maniac, congrats on getting a customer! What sort of site do they want?
I've just got one this week aswell, another brewery!

So YOU'RE the most talkative/typative (?!?!) smiley - smiley

Well... Prove it!

Another brewery? Kewl. My customer wants a site done for her pottery classes. I am charging £50 (no hourly rate) and will maybe charge something like £15 annually after this year. Dunno yet though. (Might just have the once off £50 with something like £7.50 an hour for adjustments after the page is completed.) What do you think?

Lisa. May I enquire why you changed your handle? I thought Et Cetera Gallumbits was a cool screen name! BTW what does Gallumbits mean? Is it your surname or what?

Anyways... gotta go do my homework smiley - sadface
MY RESULTS COME OUT IN WEDNESDAY WEEK --- AAARRRGGHHHH --- WISH ME LUCK! smiley - bigeyes

You did read the books... didn't you? Cos if you did then you'd know who ECCENTRICA Gallumbits was. And you'd know why I thought the first name wasn't exactly suitable. smiley - winkeye Anyway, I've got part of the old one on this name, just without the Gallumbits extension.

I have to admit that I find it hard at the moment to be the most Typeative, I'm currently down to just the one computer hooked up to the internet and that's the one that the missus uses for work. Alongside that, as I might have said somewhere else, this is the busy time of year for me as it's beer festival season. Don't get me wrong, I'm not an alky or the stereotypical Camra nerd. I just happen to be an ex cellarman who's also the membership secretary for the local Camra branch. I also talk more than I type.
The pricing sounds fair, bit are you going to be hosting the site? If not then an annual fee is a little unfair, maybe just a bit for updating the site. Other places will charge more but the phrase "annual fee" puts people off.

So ET, why the name change? You might have said before but I can't remember and definatly can't be bothered to look back through the entries. I sort of remember in one entry or another someone asked what to call you and you replied with "either ET of Lisa" I think that we all like to escape from life from time to time and not give much away about who we are. I know I do. If you dredge through the pages in the guide you will find my real name, but I don't advertise it.

I changed it cos I felt it gave the wrong kind of message. ANd because I wanted to be ME again. You don't need to understand that. I changed it again to what it is now so the any ppl who don't realise i changed my name will know who i am.

Did read "the books" --- twice (I assume you're referring to the guide). I had a minor brain lapse while i was writing that msg. Please excuse me and ignore it. Are you a book lover too? I LOVE books. Just settling into The Stand complete edition now. It's great. Doug Adams has to be my favourite though. And Richard Bach. He's a great inspiration.

Firstly - while we are on the subject - why the hell r u called Pastey?

Secondly ... When you say "hosting the site" I am kind of... I am using my own space on the ISP (until i ran out at least) and using SmartRedirect to make the addresses more friendly like rossdohan.home-page.org instead of homepage.eircom.net/~tsiopani/Rossdohan/index.html
The bad thing about SR however is that there is a tacky delay page, but the small customers I am getting don't seem to mind smiley - smiley

Know what I mean? Should I still charge the yearly extra then or just charge for adjustments?
