Hi, sorry to bother you, but as an ACE you would be ideal to help me out here. If you go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F48874?thread=104651 you will see an argument I've been having with two researchers who don't seem to understand the concept of h2g2. I've done my best to explain things to them (and I've been VERY patient under the circumstances!) but they don't want to know. It would be very helpful if you would explain that you're an official and explain why the entry cannot be entered into the Edited Guide, if you would, please. Thanks in advance :-)

Thanks pal, I appreciate it. I have submitted an application to be an ACE myself though, so hopefully soon I won't have to bother you in these instances. Incidentally, do you think that (up until the point where I bowed out to let the ACEs in) I handled it like an ACE might? It would be enormously helpful for me if you could tell me if I did or what I should have done.

You were great You will make a good ACE. Hmmm, I am not sure what I would have done different, and even if I did anything different, if it would have been right Every ACE has their own style, so it was spot on Good going Huw Until later....
