Y2K Bug

I have a Y2K bug - ie. a flu I got on Thursday. This prohibits the drinking champagne, etc. Bummer.
I did not buy a diesel generator, I did not stock up on food (except the half lamb stuck on my balcony - ie. balcony = deep freeze, I did not empty my bank account.
I did not lose any sleep about computer problems, I lost sleep due to this Y2K bug

Church of Witology

I just remembered this dude I talked to once - I. Ron. E. Hubbard. Apparently he has "A church of Witology".
There was this guy Oscar Wilde, who... well, you had better fill in the blanks, to be welcome in this church of Witology.
An initiate once proposed that His Majesty the Prince of Wales should be described as a stream of bat's piss - as when all is dark he shall shine out like a shaft of gold. They have since ascended to superior levels than the basic Witologist - now a professional Witologist.
(my respects to the Monty Python dudes, and I mean no offence intended or implied to HM - this is supposed to be a joke, or retelling of such for the furthering of witology)

My list of approved entries reads:
Tequila, Off-Road Bicycles, Paris France, Things that make your skin crawl.
None of the above make my skin crawl. I would be orgasmically happy mountain biking in France with the locals, dining in Paris at a fine restaurant, and perhaps rounding the day off with a tequila as a supper-time aperatif to a late snack.
Others could perhaps use this sentence to describe a nightmare.
