I just wanted to thank you for your input on my Scrapple entry. I also was hoping you could point me in the right direction for additional research. I do want to keep the entry kinda short, but want to fortify the facts. Is it okay to use the info on the Penna Dutch offered in the discussion?

Sure.
The forums are there for other researchers to help contribute to entries. Back in the mists of the site's creation, the idea was to write entries with conversations at the bottom where other people would contribute their 'unusual knowledge' - nobody really expected them to be used for chat and virtual tea parties.

I'll try to contact my grandmother tonight and get some details on what goes into scrapple - it might be disgusting, but the truth is out there.
