Ah well that's where the fun part comes in manson.You don't know which one to follow,no one does.You try them all,then choose the best one that suits you.It's your choice !!! Hopefully,I can't tell you it works out right everytime mind you,but hopefully,when you've tried every flow you'll be wise enough to make the right choice.A lifetime of happiness will be waiting for you.A few prayers from friends along the way,kind advice from those who have already tried the different flows,and you know what manson ?
