Just to let you know, I've just added Larry, Little-un and Jarvis to pets name survey.

Why is Little-un called that, was she/he runt of the litter? Rocky my favourite guniea pig was a runt, he wasn't that much smaller than the other two.

You ask about little-un, well its a funnunny story. I went and bought Larry from the petshop on a Tuesday and then I read Guinea pigs like to be together so on ths Thursday I went and bought little-un but he was tiny compared to Larry so I thought long and hard, and with lack of imaginationion called hd him little- un.

The funny part is now, 1 year later, little-un is nearly ly twice the size of Larry.
And also thankyou for adding my furry little friends names to the list. They ask me to tell you they are honoured lol.

So the books are wrong then according to most guniea pig books, males in the same hutch fight. I had three males, they were brothers, had no problems with fighting, and you've got 2 males an I assume they don't fight either.

Your right about that. Although sometimes Little-un`s a bit of a bully but it`s very rare. I did read about males together and got worried but David just said to leave em a couple of days and see what happened. So yeah they were wrong in the book. They both like Jarvis too, when they are all out running round the room they chase and KISS each other, so sweet.
