I had a bad fall, and i have bruised my bones in my back aswell as my left arm
I have even pulled all my muscles in my back, aswell as my arm too
I tried to save myself from banging my head, by putting my arm out to proect my head.
Oh i did save it a little i have just got a little bump now, but imagine if i didn't cos it's a solid floor.
I am so sore now and drowzy all the time, cos the tablets are so poweful.

How did you manage to fall that badly? and right before christmas too. I hope your poor body hurries and heals its self for you.

How i managed it i don't know, but i did it didn't i
I was bending the way you suppose to bend, and as i was standing back up i fell backwards.
I have been getting decorated by my brother John, and i was putting stuff back in the bedroom.
So now that leaves me with a sling ong on my arm, and bruised all over
I' not going to do a single thing now, i have been told to rest and so i am.

Are you having problems with your digi box, cos i have it's so slow today and it's doing my head in

Hi Nats,
I`m doing really good, thanks for asking. I dont know if you know but i have had a really bad drinking problem for a few years now, so just over 3month ago I decided I was going to stand up to this problem and get to know the real Carrie, and anyway I have only drank 3x now in the last 3 month so im doing really well with it. Me and David went to the pub on Wednesday and had a few pints then we went home with a few cans each and we had a really nice evening which is good because the drink usually turns me into an evil demon woman lol. So my point is I drank alcohol like a normal human being and still acted like a normal human being while I was drunk, it`s nice to be normal.
Oh dear, just look how much I just rambled on sorry, (decided to shut up now cos just remembered Nats not well). I have just got to say thanks Nats for keeping in touch it`s nice talking to you.

Oh dear you have had it rough havn't you, and i am glad that you are back to normal again.
My ex fiancee was like that, but he doesn't drink at all now.
My aunt was also like that, and she still is
She is in rehab now and has been for awhwhile, i just hope that at it will work one day.

You are most welcome to ramble on as much as you want, you have rights to do so anyway.
It is much better to get it off your chest, instead of being locked up in your head, and i am honoured for you telling me
It's nice talking to you aswell, and i would like to thank you for talking to me too
