Hope you are enjoying your course. Philosophy is a subject I have touched on in my undergrad days. I found it heavy going, but some take to it like the proverbial duck. Very esoteric, if there are degrees of esotericism.
Durham has a wonderful reputation as a seat of learning.

Yes, enjoying it. 
Even Logic, sometimes. It can be pretty heavy going, but it's nice to have one's brain stretched.
