The reason why i need physio is after the fall i had, i have damaged my muscles in my arm and back.
If you were tired don't appoligise for that
Well you are a nice guy, even our Alan says you are aswell.
I'm not having a nice day cos of my aches, but once the painkillers start to work i will.
How are you yourself today, i hope that i find you well.
Oh yeah everyone has faults of their own, it's just depends what triggers them off.

so do u take strong painkillers because by the sounds ov it u are in agony and it seems quite sore,
i bet its hard trying to sleep aswell or uncomfortable ,
