I've come
So we can start our conversation, can't we?
As you may read my page, I'm a Japanese woman, aged 40, single, no children(I havnen't get married )
I live in Osaka, Japan.
I like music, reading, film, but I don't go to films not so often as I was used to be.
I made my page on h2g2 not only to enjoy chatting but also to improve my poor English.
I hope you'll keep in touch

Hiya Taamyu
Of course i will stay in touch, you have me for a friend now.
So you can not get rid of me that easy lol
I also like reading, watching films, and listening to music.
What is Japan like to live, is it a beautiful country like i have heard?
I am 29 years of age, but i will be 30 come February next year.
I have one daughter that lives in Australia, with her adopted parents.
I will be goino to see her next year, my new boyfriend is taking me.
I was born in the Isle of Man, until i was 6 months old.
My parents moved to Liverpool to be with their relatives over here, so i have been here ever since.
Like i said i am happy to chat to you, and it will be a pleasure to do so.

Hellooooooo NATS
It's 5.13 of the 22nd
I've just woken up, but still
It's windy outside. The wind is whirling
I may go to bed again lol.
Is Liverpool colder than London?
I've never been to Liverpool. My American friend loves the Beatles and during her syaing in England she visited there (I was in England, too) and she gave me a Japanese leaflet of the Beatles as a suvenir lol.
My hometown, Osaka is the second biggest city in Japan, but it's well known as a 'merchant' city. I like Osaka . People are kind (sometimes, too much) and our area (Osaka, Kyoto, Nara) has lot of historical places as those cities were once capitals in ancient Japan.
Well, I'll keep myself warm and have a rest with napping lol before my favourite radio programme starts (Lodnon FM 2.00-6.00 there(means 11.00-15.00 here in Japan))
Have you got any plan this weekend ? I haven't any as usual. I'll have quite a quiet weekend
Speak to you soon
Taamyu

Hello NATS
Yup, I know that your 'three sister' thread has been very busy lol.
But it's lovely poem, indeed. Even, I, who are not good at poem and English, am imprssed with your verse.
The Beatles is okay lol. My American friend LOVE them lol.
I love Queen and Kate Bush much more than them.
I prefer Rolling Stones to the Beatles, but both of them are over 60 years now lol. But I like somr the Beatles' songs, too
It's a lovely morning today here (10.22 of the 23rd here, 01.22 of the 23rd in England)
I feel a bit lonely because you are going to bed, one by one lol.
Hope you have a lovely dream
See you

To me it's very difficult to write English, why I can write a poem lol. So, it's good that you can write such a lovely English poem.
Do you like English poems or read it so often? I read some when I was University students.
To tell the truth, I'm very bad at writing (Japanese lol), so I can't write Japanese poem, too
Are you wide awake now? lol
Speak to you soon

NATS
Is Patience Strong a comtemporary poet? Because I studied only very famous rather old peots like Keats, Shelly, Wordsworth, Sir Walter Scott... and some Shakespeare's poems. Very difficult
It sounds wonderful that you have your own books. Please show me, if you don't mind
I really like your poem, three sisters, so it must be wonderful to read your anther poem

Hiya NATS
How are you? I hope you feel better now.
I've just waken up it's 7.05 of the 25th in Japan that means it's 22.05 of the 24th there.
It's been raining cats and dogs since yesterday. As I'll go out late morning, I do hope it will stop raining before I leave
Also, it's cold. As I have an allergy to air cold, I can't sneezing whenever I woke up Need piles of tissues lol.
.....Calligraphy...
I wonder if you have seen the Chinese Calligraphy before. If so, Japanese Calligraphy is similar to it.
Calligraphy is old writing style before we opened the country. We use 'fude'(looks brush) instead of pen, and use 'sumi(Chinese ink)' instead of 'ink' for pen. Recently people don't use calligraphy writing for ordinary life. It's become an art. As for me, I don't do as 'art', but as enjoyment or as a hobby. I really like it though I'm very bad at calligraphy.
If you've got pc, I may be able to tell you some website so that you can see what Japanese Calligraphy is like
Well how are you? I think you must be tired after doing housekeeping(?). I hope you can fall asleep and have a lovely dream
Have a cup of mild before go to bed, NATS
See you soon
Taamyu
for my horrible English. I hope you'll understand my English

Hiya Taamyu
Well after i had asked you that, my cousin woke me up and told me what it was.
He has got a set of it at his mums, which i didn't know he had.
He said he he was going to bring it home, to show me what it looks like.
I di didn't need the thank you, cos as soon as my head hit the pillow i was out like a light
Oh the house keeping is going on well, cos all i have to do now is to sort out my book shelf.
I am glad about that cos my unit comes tomorrow, and i can't wait to see it
So you are 15 h5 hours ahead of us then, wow that does sound strange
I am better than i was yesterday, and i feel absolutely great.
I had a migraine earlarlier, so i slept it off.
It's ok about your English it's quite good actually, and i really mean that.
See you soon aswell, and take care also

No, there is 9 hours time difference between Japan and England.
if it's 9.00 in the morning of the 25th in Japan, it means 00.00 in the morning of the 25th in England. Gotcha?
Glad to know that your cousin has the kit. But I am surprised that he has got the kit. Are his mother interested in it? Very interesting. I've never seen the kit in England. If there is, it must be expensive there.
Thank you for saying that my English is okay.
I'll do my best
Should be fine.
It stops raining I'm happy because, I don't have to bring umbrella
See you soon, NATS
Taamyu

angelicaheaven Posted Nov 25, 2003

But he did say that at he is learning it, but he has only done it in his mums.
About your English again well i think it is getting there, but one day you will surprise us all.
