Dec 13. Dear Peter, Is there a way you can solve this problem;??
I cannot access WW2 again without identifying myself and then the trouble starts:My Usernames and Password are not accepted and UNKNOWN to whoever checks it.
Last nite I started a new story for WW2 and I am stiil unknown to them, although the Editorial Board accepted the part I wrote. Any way you can tell them where it is at??
It is rather a nuisance and I expect that they might just kick me out.
Normally I would ask Frank for help, but he is busy with his new grandbaby.
i appreciate any help from you to solve this nuisance.

You are clearly logged on now under the username ODYSSEE. It is best to stick to one username.

To save logging on every time you access the site, go to your Personal Page and make it a 'Favourite'. Do NOT log out - to leave just click on the top right X to close the window in the normal way.

Change the Favourite name to something understandable, like "My WW2 Page". After that you will have no need to enter your password.

You can go a stage further, as I have done. Go to your Personal Page and scroll right down to 'My WW2 Forums', then click on the link 'See all Discussions' - then make that a Favourite as described above.

DEC 14 Peter, Thanks for your help. But the name "Odyssee" was not accepted either.
It seems rather strange after having used that name time and time again.
I am going to follow your suggestion. But I don't have a"favourite" on my iMac; I'll see what happens.
If I have to sign in each time I'll do that. My answer to the secret question is accepted.

'Favorites'(as the Americans spell it) is the Microsoft term for 'Bookmarks'; just follow the same procedure.

DEC 16, Peter, sorry to bother you again.I've tried at least 5 min. to get on the www2site just now.
The name Odyssee is unknown. The advice is:If you have contibuted something go to your site and your name is there. Yes, it says "Odyssee". I just found your suggestion to go to "Bookmarks". that is probably where there is at record of my membership??

Dec. 16, Peter I just clicked on" Bookmarks" and onto Registration:Lo and behold I got the message:"you are registered now, and can start contributing." Have to prime my contributing pump again.
Things happen if one is not a MIcrosoft afficianado.

What I was suggesting is that you 'bookmark' your Personal Page; that will stop you having to enter your password every time.

You ended your last message with "Sorry that it caused problems for you", it hasn't caused me any problems. I am just a member like yourself and I am not a member of the Team.
