In my daily work I have to deal with BT on a constant basis. Imagine spending all day talking to semi deaf, illiterate, cloned mother in laws, and you are beginning to get near the truth of the UK's fantastic telecom's monopoly. In the words of Basil Fawlty, "What a bunch of arse".
