Well it's a joke from Scrubs. There's a guy in it who's a janitor (his name is never revealed) and he's always picking on the main character, JD. As part of his torment, he acts really nice to JDs friend Elliot so that nobody believes JDs tails about the evil janitor. The thing is that he doesn't know Elliots name and always refers to her as blond doctor.

ok. By the way, I watch Scrubs, but never retained the "blond doctor" thing. Can I call you "Nancy"?

Well it comes up a lot in the fourth season.

And the season finale was on Tues. night. Don't know when you get it, but it was good. (JD moves out, Eliot moves on).

I think that we're about 5 weeks from the end.
