Hello! I'm Bob McBob, your guide to H2G2. I'm a real person (I think) so you can leave me a message any time you want (click on my name at the top of this message to get to my personal space, then click "Leave Message", or alternatively, click the "Reply" button under this message). I'm not the only person who welcomes people, in fact there's a whole group of us. The best guide to what H2G2 is all about is the <./>DontPanic-Tour</.>, which will tell you almost everything about H2G2, while also take a look at the new users' <./>Welcome</.> page.

You may be interested to know you can change your nickname, and the way you view H2G2 by clicking on the Preferences button.

Now that you've registered, you can not only <./>../Read</.> other entries, but can also write your own guide entries by clicking Add Entry (<./>UserEdit</.&gt. Please note that the entry, and anything else you write, must adhere to the <./>HouseRules</.>. For more information on this, look at <./>Contribute</.>.

You can now also comment on entries written by other people, and include some <./>Smilies</.> for good measure

If you need help with H2G2 click on <./>DontPanic</.> (or the "h2g2 help" button), and, as if by magic, your question will be answered.

If you get stuck by something in the real world, look at <./>AskH2G2</.> or <./>HowDoI</.>.

What`ll happen if I just click "I`m not Amigoid"?

Clicking on "I'm not amigoid" It will sign you out, and allow you to sign in with another ID.

If you don't sign out or have checked the "remember me" box, you will be automatically logged on next time you visit. If different people use your computer, or you want to switch to a different ID, then click that button.



PS. you can change your nickname (the name which is displayed in H2G2, which can include spaces) by clicking on Preferences.
