you got me thinking now i will have to find out.
I think most new reserachers are on through pc or they are old reserachers that someonme has helped them create a new account.
I know i helped someone with there existing account it was hard work but we got there in the end, dont ask how its hard to explain

i understand that if your an old resercher you have to add more information to sign back on .i.e d.o.b +then you get back an email perhaps if you just reply to the email you will be able. if not they only way you can get back on his by p.c .i was lucky somebody helped me

I had help my self.
After checking its easier to make a new account than it is getting back with your old account.
as you are srtarting a new account you just register.
yes you are right though you need to update it with D.O.B a secret question and answer but that goes for pc and digi box users.
i dont think a new user would have any problems regerstering with a digi box.

I agree very confusing. if i had to register with digi box i would know whats what but i dont so i cant now that sounds more confusing so yeh change subject
