Yeh after a while i used to be able to stay up there for ages gives you great strengh in your arms and upper body

dont explain about me .cant be boxing as ive never been hit you must have good eyesight never thought of standing on 1s head before i went of to work

Yeh i do have good eye sight something im blessed with,
Strange though both my parents wore glases and so do both my bro and sis.
Must be all those carrots

NEarly over this cold just a bit of a stuffy nose.
My shoulder is a bit painful but other wise i feel preety good.
How you doing? and what you been up to?
Its peaceful here at the mo my son has his two best mates from school staying over they have gone out on there bikes now and be back later then his other mate will be comming to stay too.
so just enjoying the peace and quiet.
