I have a new email address. The name is the same as my h2g2 name, all in lower case. Then an @. Then googlemail.com.

I did try your email address a few times,but it kept coming back ???.


I was in hosptial for a few days,they had to drain the air from my lungs..i feel sooooo much better...and smoking is out the window...i barred friends and family from my home..

They had to drain the air from your lungs? That sounds painful! Did they put you under general anaesthetic to do that?

You've said before that you can't visit many Internet sites; Googlemail is hosted on an Internet site instead of just on my computer (I find this useful because it means I can check my emails from any computer).

I can't understand why emails are not getting through,i email kow and he's on a computer

I had a local anaesthetic,that was more painful than the collapsed lung i was off work for 2 weeks, i have to be careful cos' it can return,then they have to operate and stitch the hole.

Who was the friend that died,was it the alcoholic? Tell me to mind my own if you want!

On a happier note,i'm in the proccess of buying my flat,first time ive ever owned anything Got it really cheap,as i've been a council tenant for many years.

Have you got anti spam on your email address? That could explain why your not getting mine or your email?

The reason our emails aren't reaching each other is not because I am on a computer. It's because all my emails are on a website (called Googlemail). If you can't access the website, you can't email me. That's why I thought perhaps a phone call to your digibox people might help: they might start allowing emails from the Googlemail website to reach you.

I'll answer your other questions when I get the chance. I'm going away for the weekend and I'm just packing. It should be fun. Staying in a stately home with a bunch of poets.

I spoke to kow and he has a gmail account,he sent me an email and i replied,without any problems,so i don't understand why you can't get mine or i cannot reply to yours?..it's no big deal,i don't have anything of great interest to say anyway take care
