h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Oh that sounds nice... does it have a Christmas Scene? I never thught of sending them to people, probably because i've never seen one before.. but it is nice of her.. I don't know if you know him or not WHIPLASH I got a card from him today in the mail and he put a photo of him and his wife in for me too..

i dont know him.thats nice .was he what you though he looked like ? i mean you get a mental image of some1 and there totally different

well he had been described to me by someone who knew him so I sort of new what he'd be like so no big surprises there... but I know what you mean, once you get an image in your head even tho ou see the picture you still revert back to what you thought in the beginning unless you've met them of course thats differnt... have you still not met anyone from the chat rooms yet?

no nobody .yet to chat to any1 apart from 3 or 4 ppl that i like.cause they either have a bad past like 1 i knew. or they get to fond like another ive known .if you know what i mean

yes I know what you mean Martin, i'm happy chatting to people but some would have you married off without even meeting you I much prefer having a mate on-line be it male or female... I don't come on here looking for a guy (God forbid) but I do enjoy chatting to them.. if I wanted a husband i'd be out looking for one in my area not 100's of miles away... hee hee your safe with me

well im not lot looking for any1 of chat just in my area its nice to have friends in chat even though its only words on a screen

yes Martin, i've made some good friends.. and I think sometimes it's more than just words on a screen, if you chat to somebody long enough you definately get to know them maybe not enough to 'get married' on but you get to know their likes and dislikes and what mood they are in etc... and of course you get a laugh, just look at cuddly, she's always got something funny to say, she's just the same on th phone.. mad a s a hatter

yeah shes a laugh a minute but i dont agree you can tell what mood somebodys in .

oh I dont mean with everybody... but some i've spoken to for years I know even without them saying that something might not be quite right.. and thats when I never know whether to ask or not so I usually go in softly at first to see what the reaction is.. I think i've had just about every emotion on line, i've cried, laughed, felt betrayed, angry you name it over the years i've felt it.. but at the end of the day its all good fun.. I had agreat time chatting but I must admit i'm enjoying h2g2 a lot more..

yeah i like h2g2 alot more thats im here i get fed up of ppl in yoome ignoring me when i mail then .theres a certain 1 who ive chatted to the most dont even answer me mail half the time

yeah that can be a bit annoying Martin and downright bad manners.. I do try to answer reasonable quickly but if I dont I still get back to you and everyone else.. hopefully i've not ignored anyone on here or in chat for that matter.. must say this is different tho you can have the time of your life even on your own, doesnt matter if your mates are not on-line theres always something to do or have a good lurk

i know you always answer me just looking through them christmas blobs sef gave .theres 1 i wont its B1651942 .and it wont appear can you check before you sefs on my space as a friend an the threadsblobs if you have forgot

Martin i've tried that one and it wont appear for me either, i've got it written down here ther's also B1651941 that must be a similar one as the number is next but I dont think it appears either...
