It's a brand-new system Jen,installed roughly 3 months ago..the only thing outdated in here is me..I've just turned up the thermostat,maybe that will help

Have your radiators got temperature controls on? That may be the problem Other than that, the floor boards is an option!

Jen the problem is that the cold is overcoming the heat!
Everything is turned up to the max,thermostat,individual controls etc...think I'll go to bed,it's warmer there

Sounds like its faulty. It should be roasting in your place if the thermostat is on full.

It may take a while as the house has lain empty all day.Anyway, apparently today is the gloomiest day of the year..what a load of s****

Good morning Venus.The last I heard from BB she was having pc problems and she said it was going for repair.She did say 2-3days max but that was ages ago..I'm sure shes fine though and we shall see her back with us soon.No work today?
