Hi Helen.
Glad to hear that you are recovering, also the house has been sold. I know you have been saying it was a problem.
A Ladies festival?
Ah. The master of a Freemason lodge serves for a year. At the end of his year he holds a ladies festival. This is to say thank you to the ladies for putting up with the man vanishing to lodge meetings and for being involved in all sorts of meetings through out the year. This is a special occassion and gives the ladies a chance to dress up in their best togs, and for the men to wear the evening suit with bow tie and cummerbund. The meal is usually of many courses and the entertainment goes on most of the night. This year we went to Bournemouth. I had this mental image of driving down the road with a trailer on the back of the car with Colleen's wardrobe on it.
No matter what I said it was wrong 
Is this too sexy? Is this too long? Is this too short? Is this too formal? Is this not formal enough?
Anyway it was a fantastic weekend.
