Not heard from Jan for months now.....as far as I know she's still in Wales but not absolutely certain to be honest!

Pretty good ta ..... almost two stone lighter ....

got told I was Diabetic ... only mild ... diet and exercise controlable .... plus coming off of nights has done me it would seem a big favour ...

Still golfing and playing badminton an still watchin the speedway ... borin really

Nothing much changes over here. Still in the same boring job, still running a free taxi service for the kids and still trying to win the lottery ......still single and likely to stay that way for the foreseeable future I think!!!

The only bright spot on the horizon has been the birth of my beautiful granddaughter......I've now decided that I quite like being a Granny cos you can hand them back when you've had enough ......I still don't feel old enough mind you
