Right then here we go, are I.D cards a good idea.
Some people seem to be arguing that unless you have something to hide why would you be against carrying I.D cards.
The other thought on the subject is that they could lead to an abuse of power, and why give the government any unnecessary power.

Just realised this site is also used by non-Uk residents so therefore if u are from a non Uk country that already has I.D cards then how do they affect U..
Everyone has a take on this subject and I am undecided either way, tho I have opinions for each side so help me make up my mind

ID Cards defnitely bad
If criminals can forge credit cards, passports and driving licenses they'll forge ID cards.
ID cards will just provide more information about me and my habits to the government. Its not a matter of hiding anything - its none of their business.
Passports are bad enough. Why should the government be able to interfere if I want to go to France for a day?

Yeah that was the one I liked best.. I thought tuneful was appropriate seeing as the word was drummer. urs is the best so far I think tho, maybe you can get a hattrick!!
