They say it, but they never mean it !
For ten, yes TEN weeks, JCT600 had my little Porsche in for repair. A car dealership in the north of England, that sell the finest cars in the world, from Aston Martins to Ferraris, and Bentley to Porsche. Every time I asked for a progress report, it varied. They always said they would phone me back to keep me abreast of things, but they never did. I finally got my car back, and it was a disgrace. On the roof of my BLACK Porsche, was a splash of YELLOW paint. The drivers side wing mirror surface had been melted, and the glass had vanished. The stereo no longer worked, and the lights for the console dials no longer worked. They have since had my car twice to get the job done properly, and it's still not right. However, the manager said it wasn't their fault, because the electrical work was carried out by outside contractors. So that's alright then. NOT !!!
Porsche U.K. sent me a questionaire, customer satisfaction and all that. I suspect JCT600 will wish they hadn't.
My advice to anyone out there; don't use them.
