Board of Directors
Posted Jul 12, 1999
Never let a Board of Directors take over the management of a company. NEVER. There are no exceptions to this rule. There must always be a CEO or Managing Director who is adept at keeping the Boad of Directors away from the staff and day to day operations, otherwise chaos will reign. I speak from experience. I currently work in the ninth circle of hell, which is managed by a fool who fawns at the feet of a Board of Directors.
