Drinking and Bristol Taxies
Posted Aug 1, 1999
Went out for a night on the town with my cousin last night (Saturday). We both got nicely drunk on a small pub crawl around Bristol city centre (mostly Corn Street, for those in the know).
Which brings me nicely to my gripe for the day.
Why the hell is it impossible to get home at the end of the night?!? I would hope that the main problem would be a high blood alcohol level, but the buses stop at about 2300 (at least, the ones we wanted!) and the taxies... Don't get me started...
But anyway. How was your night?
