Thank you very much.
I will probably make a few more changes in the arrangement of things before this round of updates is through... I had to change something. Just popped onto h2g2 one evening, and everything was different...
Love the new look!

I must agree, it's a great new look here at the Frus office. I especially like the window - it reminds me of the window I used to have at my job, the one that overlooked the public bus stop.
Ah yes, the happy days now gone by, of watching people sleep on the bench, get hassled by pimps, or busted for public intoxication by the cops.
(actually i rarely saw anything worse than the dog that wore a different sweater every day, or the teenage co-worker who insisted on making out with his girlfriend in her car across the street on lunch breaks. Yuk! )
Love the new look!

Look!
A new, larger window has been installed in my office. And, I put an order in for a plant, but it hasn't been delivered yet.
I'm working on a couple other ideas. I just hope the PTB don't object to pets in the building...
Love the new look!

I hope so too, or else TV's Dog will have to hide!
From the Department of Not Paying Attention, I just realized that when I point my mouse cursor over a paper on your desk, it links to one of your articles. Very slick!
I'm also pleased to be thought of as "pleasant"

Hey, it is nice, isn't it?
I don't think they object to pets- after all, they were the ones who introduced fish into the environment, and they haven't opposed to mine... just as long as the pet isn't a cat or anything
Love the new look!

Image maps are a slick trick. Gotta love 'em...
Now if I could just find a nice fish bowl to put my fish in...

Found it in the attic... had to clean it up a bit though...

I like the bat, ball, and beer link to Frink's Drinks even better!

It's amazing what you can find when you're cleaning out some of the grungier corners of your mind...

So if you two are the pleasant peasants, sorry 'researchers', does that make the rest of us unpleasant?
Love the office. Perhaps you should get yourself a secretary! And where are the tea making facilities? And the pile of papers should be completely covering every available surface - at least that's what they do in my office!
Love the new look!
The Ghost Of TV's Frink Posted Nov 5, 1999
Nope, it just makes Frus a little shy (or elusive, depending how you look at it)

Anyone can be a "pleasant researcher" (or peasant), all you have to do is ask and demonstrate some sort of "pleasantness"... I think...
A secretary, eh? I don't think that is a wise idea. It's much easier to slip in and out unnoticed if there isn't anyone around.
The tea-making facilitiy is a good idea. I'll work on that once I get the time. I always thought that one of the little smiley-type graphics should be a teacup. > would be a nice way to enter it. However, I don't think the idea went over all that well...
Ah well, back to being my usual elusive self...
Love the new look (again)!
The Ghost Of TV's Frink Posted Nov 11, 1999
I vouch for Ginger's "pleasantness" - time to sign her up (especially considering she edited your new guide entry )
Nice new look again, Frus, and congrats on the article!
Love the new look (again)!

Touche.
It was in the plans. I just got finished with 4 exams in just over 24 hours (urrrrgggghhh!), so this is the first time for some major h2g2 work.
Thanks for the reminder though Frink! I'm on it right now.
Love the new look (again)!

Done and done.
BTW - Can you read the font of my pleasant researcher list? It should be different. I'm just not sure if everyone's browsers can handle it...
Love the new look (again)!

The font looks like the rest of them on your page... a shame... I always like to look at interesting fonts... usually I just save em' as a jpg if I want everyone to see em.
Very nice page!
