 1: Immediate sweet tea or coffee for stimulant and blood sugar replacement

2: Protein i.e. cooked English breakfast

3: Fresh air and sunshine to get the blood flowing to repair the dehydrated and essential salt reduced parts of your body.

4: Plenty of fluid, preferably packed with sugar. If you are not too drunk to remember drink at leat two pints of water before you go to bed.

5: Crap TV
