I work as a temp. The amazing thing I've learned is that people treat you with more respect in direct proportion to the amount that they pay you.
For $8 and hour they can barely be bothered to notice you, but when they dish out $18, they hang on your every word.

You forget the best thing about being a temp...the fact that if the company wants to bring you on full time, they have to BUY YOU OUT from the temp agency. Temps should have agents. Good times.
