Hey Dandelion Pegleen! Just wanted to explain what the softball thing is all about, in response to your query (the signup forum is getting a little busy )

When i first joined h2g2, i noticed that lots of people linked to other people on their pages. i figured a good way to generate traffic for my page was to get my name on other people's pages, but i wanted my name to stand out somehow......since I play for a real-life softball team at my office, i thought, why not set up a virtual softball team? It seems to have worked, as many people have linked to the team..........
