And please don't test in the live environment!
Though I've seen enough error messages over the last couple of days to give me little confidence of that.

i do like my avatar I designed for it. It doesn't grab me visually... neither does Brunel. But Brunel is solid as a rock..Pastey if you can make Barfesque as solid you are indeed a latter day 'Brunel'.

When considering who to pick for testing, remember that some of us spend all day explaining to a web designer and developer just why they're idiots that couldn't frame content if their lives depended on it...

Oh, and I hope your testing is optimised for risk, impact and resourcing, and aligned with the overall service acceptance criteria.
If you send me a copy of your test strategy V-model, I'll be happy to critique it.

I wouldn't say Brunel is solid as a rock - some bits don't work at all, and we often get slow response and unknown errors.

Brunel was always fine for me until Barfesque turned up.
It's been awful of late though.

Testing strategy? Yeah, about that....
Initial testing is just going through the pages making sure they work, when I'm happy it's ready for proper testing I'll draw something up. I love documentation me

Can it code in PHP?
Don't worry, I've done this before Plus we've got a doc kicking around from earlier which'll be used as a starting point when we draw up the full testing plan. Which'll certainly be done with the input of Ops

Was it transcribed from the original fag packet, or did you take a photo?

In that case, I'm sure h2g2 will be fine, but I'll worry about its sodium content.

I loathe testing with a deep and passionate loathing. I would rather have unanaesthesised dental work than write a test script. Funnily enough, I have a dental appointment on Wednesday. And I'm trapped in the middle of an 8 week test phase. At least you can bite dentists.
Byeeeeeeeeee.

Pastey, I'm an intuitive tester. Forget scripts, go straight to the bit that is likely to fail and hammer it into the ground.
Have you thought about the mismatch between forum posting URLs in Barlesque and DNA? I know the Barlesque coders came up with some sort of a patch but I'm highly dubious of it. I'd say that's the very first thing you should look at. When that's sorted out, work on the quote / ' problem.
The rest is plain sailing.
