Once you have paid those out it doesn't leave much.
And I hate to say this, but there are a lot of people out there looking for work, hence they do not have to look after their flesh and bone assests. And above all else, I don't know how long youv'e been around these leeches, but the bigger the asset you are, invariably the more expensive you are, so it is cheaper to dump you and train another monkey, sorry, to do the job. Look at your average establisment. Oustide of the GM, whats the average age of the people working there. I would hazard that most managers are 23-35 and frontline staff 17-25.
