Monday... Not much can be said about Mondays that has not been said
at length by every Tom, Dick, and Harry who thinks he has an amusing
anecdote that nobody else ever thought of. So, in an attempt NOT to
joint the ranks of the aforementioned, I will just leave it at that...
Monday.
Not even a particularly exciting Monday, at that. Wife's pregnant,
trying to buy a house that I can't afford, my company's under new
management, and I have to go back to the doctor to take part in
tests for god-knows-what. You know, the usual.
Okay, so maybe it's not your typical run-of-the-mill Monday, but I
find myself sitting here (Yes, I'm at work) and having nothing to do.
I stumbled upon this site, and being a huge Douglas Adams fan (and
remembering that I saw something about this last year before the
h2g2 site ever went up) I decided to write what is turning out to
be a long, pointless diatrabe that is accomplishing nothing... But
that is what journal entries are for, right?
Well, out of 10,000 other pages on this site, I doubt anyone is reading
this anyway, but what the hell.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
