Teapots

Let me introduce the infinite teapot theorum: No matter how big your teapot is, you will be able to get as many cups of tea out of it as you like. The explanation is simple: keep adding boiling water to the pot. Works as long as the teabag lasts for.

Thought I'd write a journal entry because I haven't for ages not because I've got anything interesting to say. That's about it actually. Have borrowed a v. groovy guitar off my friend ,only now I've got ot teach myself how to play it. Oh well, it's all part of being a teenage indie chick I s'pose.

Day 4: Whilst doing my Work Experience at a travel agents I have discovered an interesting phenomenom- the telephone queueing service. Some of you may be familiar with this service, if not I shall proceed to explain. You phone up a company, the phones are busy, a polite recorded message tells you you are in a queueing service, and will have to hold for a few minutes. After half an hour you get annoyed, put down the phone. My theory is that it was invented to make everyone become FRIENDS. Let me explain: Whilst this is going on in the travel agents the customer politely sits and waits, begins to talk to the travel agent. By the time someone answers the phone the two have discovered that they both went to the same primary school, one is going to Greece next year for her honeymoon and that she has a small infection in her ear. Customer leaves the shop having become friends with the travel agent. ( By the way- What is an Infection? I have concluded it is a small furry mammal, rather like a mouse. But what would it be doing in someone's ear? Perhaps it is the human equivilent of a Babel Fish)

I am extremely nervous, I'm in a dance show this afternoon, and it's gonna be crap!! (Or is that just my nerves speaking?) If you're in the Henfield area, come and see it. It's at the Village Hall, at 2.00 and 6.00, it's free (donations to Kosovo.)Today is Sunday 20th June, just in case anyone reads this a week later and decides to turn up. Have a nice day.

Day 2: Woke up this morning at 7:15, jumped out of bed, thinking I'd be late for school. Started to brush my teeth, realised it was Saturday. Went back to bed.
