I've had a caffelatte and a cappuccino this morning. black coffee I usually drink only after lunch, sometimes after dinner.
but in summer a nice thing to have is "caffè shakerato", which goes sometining like this:
make black coffee. put in a shaker. add ice, sugar (brown is best), a dash of vanilla liquor (or Amaretto), shake it like you mean it, serve in a chilled cup. enjoy!

you must be nuts. everybody knows that Royal Crown Cola is the best choice, especially with a 16-year-old Lagavullin!

doesn't surprise me… that's the local brew for you canadians.
and it's fine and smooth. but then, I enjoy Irish whiskey as well (Black Bush and Paddy are my faves): how about an Irish coffee next time you're around?
