Train hopping

Post 1

reyesearcher2000

In the old days before people went boldly where no one has gone before people hopped trains. I recently experienced it by hopping a coal train from El Paso to Arizona. Now we did not see any boxcars and being desperate to get to AZ my friend and I jumped on top of this coal train and headed out west. We awoke to the sound of machinery and realized that we were going to be processed. So we jumped out . We walked to the plant and they gave us some coffee and some food even, nice guys, and pointed the direction of Tucson, Arizona. So I thought I would bring up this subject in order to see if anyone has any other train-hopping stories.
we did this like 3 years ago...We also suggest to find a boxcar as we were black as coal and it blew in our eyes all night.
