Like you I found the changes enforced of h2g2 by the bbc somewhat alarming at first and have engaged in a lengthy debate about them before feeling that I could continue to support the site. Some things are clear: Without these changes there would be no h2g2; at the end of the moderation process Peta and the others have the final say and I had no problem with her judgement before why shoud I now? If you are unhappy about anything to do with with the censors as I like to call them then get in touch with her. If you read the url thread on the moderation page you will see that we are already breaking new ground for the Beeb so if we can show that they have nothing to be afraid of chances are down the round they will relax a bit more. Follow through the threads on the mderation page - I felt as alarmed as you initially but actually it doesn't seem that different except for one thing - you now know at least ONE other person will read your musing - the censor.
