carol not wishing to be nosy but are you getting a reduncancy payment - Andy got his, was told Statutory, disupted it and got a substantial increase.

It will be statutory. I work for a very small firm.
and that should have been cake...although I suspect a case of something may be more appropriate.
It wouldn't hurt so much but I am off sick with suspected pneumonia!

They are all friends of mine and being Irish all take it in the laid back manner. Nothing like the miners strike in the 80s

I bet it was.... 
I've only ever had to go through a picket line once... was out filming with my boss & he wanted to go to a place nearby for lunch... the staff were protesting about pay issues & he drove right through them & wandered in for lunch.. i had the choice of be really 
and eat or stay in the car.... I have never been more mortified!! Stoopid man!!
